DELIVERIES

The packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Chronopost international, delivered with signature. Regardless of the used shipping method, we will provide you a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. They may consist of a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, with special care taken for packages containing fragile items. Packages are oversized and well-protected.

RETURNS

All returns are at the customer’s expense. Before sending back the helmet we ask you to send us an email through our contact channel to explain the reason(s) of this return. We’ll give you then a dedicated return address.

In specific cases of a confirmed defect or sizing error, upon receipt of the helmet and depending on its condition, we may proceed to also refund the shipping costs incurred.
